Dennis Kimbro said in What Makes The Great Great that each of us gets at least 4 ideas that if acted upon would set us on a path to financial freedom. That means that you are bound to get an idea before March 31, 2010 that will help you to become financially free if you act upon it.
The operative words are “if you act upon it.” If you’re waiting to be fed you will not even notice the golden opportunity that stands before you. If you’re waiting to be fed you will be looking for others to help change your financial woes and give you peace of mind. If you’re waiting to be fed you be waiting to hear what CNN has to say about how well or bad the economy is doing.
On the other hand if you are into finding your own food then you will go around, under, over or through any obstacles that block your path to getting what you want. If you are committed to finding food then you would do whatever it takes for however long it takes. If you have vowed to find food for yourself then you will simply make it happen despite any outward appearances.
The first posture is being a victim while the second one is becoming a victor. You get to decide. I urge you to put down your daily newspapers, turn off the evening news, rid yourself of the naysayers and go out and get your food. There are 5 days gone already and 360 days left for you to be the person you always wanted to be. What and who are you waiting on? Hint (they ain’t coming)
That’s my spin on it.
