Are you having money problems right now? Good. Has this been going on for quite awhile? Good. I hear people say all the time “Man…I got to go out there and get that money.” There’s always room on my team for a hustler but this cure goes much further than that. It’s a cure that most of you have heard about most of your life but few have taken it on as a way of life. I’ve experimented with it a bit with fantastic results. In fact, it works so damn well that I stopped doing it.
If you do what I suggest for the rest of the year beginning today I promise you your money ills will disappear miraculously. If you do it only for a small portion of the year I promise you that your bank account will swell. Here’s the biggest clue “Quit focusing on the damn money!” That’s right, I said it. Get your mind off of the money. I know this goes against conventional thinking. Most people would tell you to keep your mind on the money and the money on your mind. I’m hear to tell you that these people are dead ‘wrong.’ This will not get you where you want to go and if it does it will only be short-lived.
Here’s the biggest reason why I’m saying forget the money. Money is a by-product of what you do. Money is the effect not the cause. Money is a result not the action. Money is and always be in abundance. There’s is no shortage of money. Therefore if money is not flowing to you then you are doing something to thwart its path to you. You are the diversion-not money.
Here are some more clues of what the cure is not. Your money woes are not the result of your thinking. Your money woes are not the result of your relationship with money. Your money woes are not the result of what others are doing or not doing to you. Your money woes are not the result of your level of education. Your money woes are not the result of what side of the tracks you grew up on. Your money woes are not the result of the color of your skin or which president is in office. Why? Again because money is a by-product of what you do, say and how you act. A lot of the self-help gurus will tell you that its the way you think about money that keeps it from accumulating on your doorsteps. This is hogwash.
I think you’ve been in suspense long enough. The cure to all your money problems is simply this, GIVE. That’s right, give to others before you ask for anything for yourself. In fact, I’d take it a step further and say don’t even ask for anything for yourself and watch and see that everything that you desire will manifest. First, seek to understand before your understood. Yesterday, I had an opportunity to understand that someone was exhausted from a trip before I wanted them to understand something about me but I blew it and it blew up in my face. First, seek to give before you expect to receive anything. First, seek to give that which you seek from another such as kindness, understanding, respect, help, and love. Everything you get is through other people and the sooner you understand this the better off you and your money will be. If you fail to understand this you will die broke – I promise.
Life does not get any more profound than that. If you want to read more about these Laws of Giving then I’d would implore you to read the two books listed below. In fact, I think so highly of these books that will be required reading for anyone I ever hire or decide to get into a relationship with again from this point forward. Not only will it be required reading but if the people I’m involved with choose not to embrace these principles I will disassociate myself from them. Now I’m not so naive to think that most of you will run out and buy these books and immediately begin to implement these giving laws. However, If just one of you does then I promise you the world, your life and your money will be better off because of it.
