In a few minutes I’m going to illustrate something very simple to make a point. About 4 years ago a young guy in his early thirties said something that really stuck with me. He said, “Rickey, the streets of America are paved with gold and you just have to know how to scrap them.” By the way he was already a multi-millionaire.
So if this is true (and I believe it is) why does only 16% of Americans earn over $100k a year, $8,333.33 per month, $1,924.56 per week, $384.91 per day (assuming 5 day work week) and $48.11 per hour (assuming a 40 hour work week?
You only have to earn $48.11 per hour to reach 100k per year!
Now let me show you just how easy it is to earn $100k plus in the greatest country in the world for creating wealth. I’m going to use Real Estate Investing as my example since this is one of the niche businesses that I’m involved in. You can tailor my example to whatever you currently do. However, be mindful that if you’re own a JOB (Just Over Broke) then it becomes much more difficult to do this unless you already are a high paid executive.
How To Easily Earn A 6 Figure Paycheck
4 Wholesale deals a year @ $7,500 each $30,000
4 Owner financed properties per year @ $9,000 each $36,000
1 Webinar/Tele-seminar every other month $4,000 each $24,000
25 info products per month @ $35 each $10,500
Total Annual Profits $100,500
The above numbers are quite conservative. The average American works about 2,000 hours per year and doesn’t earn $100k. Do you honestly think that it would take 2,000 hours to put together those deals listed above? Absolutely not. You’d be hard pressed to spend 15 hours each week of focused time on the above deals. You’d buy back 1,220 hours of your time. Time is your most precious resource by the way.
The above example is not known by most wage earners. Here’s another thought that makes you go hmmmmm. If you actually put in 2000 hours of focused time into your chosen business endeavor how much income do you think you could generate?
Forget TV, put your partying and clubbing on hold, get rid of your low achieving friends and you’d be financially free within one year. Easy to say but hard to do. Most don’t know what I’m telling you and those that do know either are not telling or are not doing.
Hopefully this has opened your eyes up a bit as to what is possible with your life. Get to scraping because there’s plenty of gold lining the streets.

One thing for sure, numbers don’t lie. In my line of work, the numbers are indicative of my greatest desires. Looks like I have more scraping to do.
