Being of mixed races, my family often 'compared' me to my sibling. I was the 'smart' one and my sister was the 'pretty' one. I grew up thinking that I was not pretty and she grew up thinking she was not smart. It is good that you have put up a mirror. Now to stand long enough to really see ourselves.<br>J-licious Not only did/do I experience this within my community, I experienced this within my home as a child.
